LA VILLA DE SAN LUIS
Location: Plaza de la Iglesia no 2 - XIX Century
When the Marqués del Duero planned the town center of the Colony, the future San Pedro Alcántara, he built a house for the administrator to the north side of the Church square, the Administration House, and another as his family residence; the Villa de San Luis.
Thereafter the Cuadra family lived there, who became owner of the colony after the Marqués del Duero.
In 1945, the Marbella Town Hall, under the auspices of the Mayor Pedro Becerra Montesinos, bought the house from the General Sugar Company and installed there the first Municipal Offices. Today the Department of the Town Hall is housed there.
